2. Account Registration & Access

  • Each user must use assigned login credentials.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.
  • Sharing login credentials or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
  • TELEDESK reserves the right to suspend or deactivate accounts in case of misuse or security concerns.

3. Use of the Software

TELEDESK is intended strictly for legitimate business and organizational purposes such as managing leads, enquiries, follow-ups, calls, and reports.

Users agree not to:

  • Use the software for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities
  • Upload false, offensive, or unauthorized data
  • Attempt to access restricted system areas
  • Disrupt system performance or security

4. Data Entry & Responsibility

  • All data entered into TELEDESK is the responsibility of the user or organization.
  • Users must ensure accuracy, legality, and consent for storing customer data.
  • TELEDESK is not responsible for incorrect data entry or misuse of stored information.

5. Data Ownership

  • All leads, enquiries, call records, follow-ups, and reports belong to the respective organization.
  • TELEDESK acts only as a data processor and does not claim ownership of user data.
  • Data access is limited based on assigned user roles and permissions.

6. Subscription, Fees & Payments

  • Access to TELEDESK may be subject to subscription fees.
  • Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated separately or through the platform.
  • Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Service Availability

  • TELEDESK strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee continuous availability.
  • Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
  • We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond reasonable control.

8. Support & Maintenance

  • Technical support is provided as per agreed service terms.
  • Updates, enhancements, or feature changes may be implemented to improve performance and security.
  • Users may be required to adapt to system updates.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All software content, design, logos, trademarks, and system architecture belong to TELEDESK.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the software.
  • Copying, modifying, reselling, or reverse-engineering the software is strictly prohibited.

10. Confidentiality

  • Users must maintain confidentiality of system data, credentials, and internal processes.
  • TELEDESK ensures reasonable confidentiality of organizational data but cannot be held responsible for breaches caused by user negligence.

11. Termination of Access

TELEDESK reserves the right to suspend or terminate access:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For misuse or illegal activities
  • For non-payment or breach of agreement
  • Upon termination, access to the software may be restricted or removed.

12. Limitation of Liability

TELEDESK shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss due to user error
  • Business losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages
  • Unauthorized access caused by user negligence
  • Use of the software is at the user’s own risk.

13. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website or platform.
  • Continued use of TELEDESK after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law
